Kasper Brits
Kasper Brits entered the legal profession in 2014 after completing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree; he is qualified in trial advocacy, building contracts and dispute resolution. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, specializing in criminology, psychology and sociology. He was admitted as an attorney in 2017. After completing his articles at MC van der Berg Attorneys and passing his Attorney’s exams, he was admitted as an Attorney in 2017. Today, Kasper attends to Construction and Engineering disputes, Labour Law, Criminal Defense, Property related matters, and litigates in the Magistrates Court, High Court, and Arbitrations. Since 2018, he has been the director at BPG Inc Attorneys and established a new law firm called Brits Law. He takes pride in adapting to the individual needs of each client.
Danelle Meintjes
Danelle Meintjes holds a BCom, and LLB degree from North-West University (NWU) in Potchefstroom. Danelle joined the M.C. van der Berg Incorporated team as a candidate attorney in 2017. She specializes in conveyancing and notarial matters. After being admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary of the High Court of South Africa, she was appointed as an attorney at M.C. van der Berg Incorporated. Since her appointment, she has acquired vast experience in property law as well as drafting of contracts, registration of companies and creation of trusts. Danelle is a problem solver at heart; she has the ability to adapt and conquer new challenges quickly. Her meticulous work ethic and well-rounded legal knowledge makes her an incredibly valuable asset to the firm. She is passionate about her career and always puts maximum effort into all her endeavours. She is a strong leader and team player and is on track to becoming a frontrunner in property law.
Nico van Deventer
Nico obtained his LLB from the University of Pretoria in 2014. He is a natural-born leader; this sought after trait earned him a merit certificate for leadership from the university. He undertook his clerkship articles at Grobler Levin Soonius Attorneys in 2017 and was subsequently admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. In the same year, Nico was appointed as a professional assistant at Brits Law Attorneys, specialising in corporate and commercial law. His exceptional skill and wealth of knowledge solidify him as an indispensable asset to the firm.
