FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR KASPER BRITS

Kasper Brits entered the legal profession in 2014 after completing his Bachelor of laws (LLB)(UP) degree as well as a Bachelor’s (BA)(UP) degree specialising in Criminology, Psychology and Sociology. He also completed courses on Advanced Trial Advocacy (UP) and attended to various high profile publicised cases relating to Construction and Criminal Defence.

Kasper specialises in litigation relating to GCC, JBCC & FIDIC contracts and has extensive experience in Commercial and Property Law.

His focus is always on making sure the firm provides superior service to its clients through consistent updates, positive results and cost effective solutions.

Drawing upon their in-depth knowledge of Commercial and Property Law, he works as part of the team to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. They understand that every case is different and work diligently to develop creative approaches that yield optimal outcomes.
